Private Banking

Beyond the portfolio there is the rest of the financial life: where assets are held, how accounts are opened and structured, and who speaks to whom. I act as a single, discreet point of contact across it.

How I work

Discretion is the starting point, not a selling line. Conversations stay between us, documentation is kept to what is genuinely required, and nothing is shared with third parties without your explicit instruction.

I work with your existing advisers rather than around them. Lawyers, tax counsel and fiduciaries usually already know your situation; my role is to make the banking and investment side fit their work, translate between them, and make sure decisions are not taken in isolation.

Onboarding in Switzerland is a process with real requirements — source of wealth, residence, tax status and reporting obligations. I prepare it properly the first time so it moves quickly, and I tell you in advance what will be asked and why.

The relationship is built to last through the boring years. Most of the value shows up in continuity: the same person answering the phone, remembering the history of the family, and noticing when something in the setup no longer matches reality.

Who it suits

  • Expatriates and non-residents establishing a banking relationship in Switzerland for the first time.
  • Families with assets, residences or businesses across more than one jurisdiction.
  • Clients who already have trusted lawyers and fiduciaries and want the banking side coordinated with them.
